Professional Birth Doula, mama of six amazing tiny humans, and wife to my hot husband.

When I became pregnant with our first child, I was ready to jump into everything feet first… and have my dream birth.

Unfortunately, it did not go to plan, my husband and I experienced a devastating loss that brought with it many unexpected complications.

When we became pregnant again just over a year later, I was considered high-risk and was told that my only option was to have birth in a hospital.

After my experience with my first daughter’s birth and feeling unheard, pressured, rushed, and basically invisible…

Having another birth at a hospital was NOT what I wanted. I needed something different for my second birth.

I ended up choosing a birth center and was immediately relieved to find personalized, compassionate, and respectful care.

It was there that I was first introduced to what a doula is and does.

It was so refreshing and beautiful that I questioned why every woman didn’t know about doulas…. 

I knew that the support and care I received was something all women deserve during one of the most important and transforming times in their lives. 

When I attended my first birth as a doula in 2014.… I instantly felt that THIS was my calling.

I finally knew what I wanted to be when I grew up.

I continued to attend the births of friends and family as their doula while pursuing my certification and training.

With each new experience, I fell more in love with this work and witnessing the families I supported step into their new roles.

Whether it was their first or fourth child, the joy and transformation was always tangible. 

As YOUR doula my goal is to provide evidence-based care so families like you know you are in charge of your experience and that your voices matter most.

As your coach, I will help you prepare for labor and birth in a way that focuses on your goals.

Building the mindset you need for labor, movement that will help balance, prepare, and strengthen your body, so you can manifest the birth you truly desire - no matter what that looks like!
